  • Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes where mentioned.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfers, and card payments.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled except as permitted under our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across Pakistan using reliable courier partners.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only: 2–5 business days for major cities and 4–7 business days for other areas.
  • Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 3,999.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

5. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order. We only accept returns that strictly follow the policy conditions.

We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and pricing. However, slight variations in color, size, or condition may occur. All thrift and pre-loved items are sold “as described.”
