At Misfit, we want you to love every pair you buy. We offer a straightforward 5-day Easy Return & Refund policy so you can shop with complete confidence.
Eligibility
You can return a product if:
- It has a manufacturing defect (stitching issues, sole separation, color fading not mentioned in description, etc.)
- You received the wrong item or wrong size
- The product arrives damaged during shipping
- You simply changed your mind (as long as the shoes are unworn and in original condition)
All returns must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 5 calendar days from the date you received the order
- Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in brand new condition (no dirt, no creases on sole, no wear marks)
- Original box and all packaging must be included and in good condition
- All tags, stickers, and accessories must be attached and undamaged
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Shoes that have been worn, even once
- Shoes with visible signs of use (scratches on sole, dirt marks, creases, odor, etc.)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
- Any product without its original box and packaging
- Orders where the customer provided incorrect size or address information
Return Process (Step-by-Step)
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email at +92 336 1907522 / Support.misfit@gmail.com with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the shoes (all angles), box, and any issue
- Our team will review your request (usually within 12–24 hours).
- If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us at the address we provide (Karachi).
- We recommend using a trackable service (TCS, Leopard, etc.).
- Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or defect).
- Once we receive and inspect the shoes, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
Refund Details
- Full Refund: If the return is approved, you will get 100% of the product amount back.
- Partial Refund: If the box or packaging is damaged/missing, we may deduct a reasonable restocking fee (up to Rs. 500).

Payment Method:
- Online payments (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer, Card): Refunded to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3 business days.
- Shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is our fault (wrong item/defective product).
Important Notes
- All returned items are thoroughly inspected by our team. Any attempt to return used or tampered shoes will be rejected.
- During peak seasons or sales, inspection may take slightly longer — we will keep you updated.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not follow the above conditions.
- For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns on shoes that show any signs of use.
