Order Processing

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

  • We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders if additional verification is required.

Shipping Coverage

Misfit. currently ships to all major cities and serviceable areas within Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly communicated on our website or social media platforms.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through WhatsApp, email, or SMS where available.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available in eligible areas across Pakistan.

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Failed Deliveries

Orders may be cancelled if:

  • The customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.

  • The customer refuses to accept the order without a valid reason.

Misfit. reserves the right to restrict future Cash on Delivery orders from customers with repeated failed deliveries or order refusals.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or believe an item is missing:

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos and, where possible, an unboxing video for verification.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
